Ingredients (for 2 – 3 servings)
dried seaweed | 1 | sheet |
shrimp, coarsely chopped | 1/2 | Bowl |
hard white tofu | 1 | sheet |
soy sauce | 2 | tablespoon |
vegetable broth | 3 | Bowl |
ground pepper | 2 | teaspoon |
spring onion, sliced | 2 | plant |
celery, sliced | 1 | plant |
Seaweed clear soup Instrcutions
- Mix shrimp meat and 1 tbsp soy sauce together.
- Cut the tofu into triangular pieces. Make a cut in the middle, don’t let it break. Then put the shrimp prepared in the first step down. Then steamed until cooked and set aside.
- Roast the seaweed on a low flame until fragrant. Break into small pieces, put in a cup and set aside.
- Bring the broth to a boil. Put the prepared tofu into it. Season with soy sauce. Then scoop into a bowl with seaweed, sprinkle with celery, spring onions and ground pepper. Serve immediately
