Seaweed clear soup

Ingredients (for 2 – 3 servings)

dried seaweed1sheet
shrimp, coarsely chopped1/2Bowl
hard white tofu1sheet
soy sauce2tablespoon
vegetable broth3Bowl
ground pepper2teaspoon
spring onion, sliced2plant
celery, sliced1plant

Seaweed clear soup Instrcutions

  1. Mix shrimp meat and 1 tbsp soy sauce together.
  2. Cut the tofu into triangular pieces. Make a cut in the middle, don’t let it break. Then put the shrimp prepared in the first step down. Then steamed until cooked and set aside.
  3. Roast the seaweed on a low flame until fragrant. Break into small pieces, put in a cup and set aside.
  4. Bring the broth to a boil. Put the prepared tofu into it. Season with soy sauce. Then scoop into a bowl with seaweed, sprinkle with celery, spring onions and ground pepper. Serve immediately
